Pure single-temperature leaves nothing to chance for optimal wine protection management. With a high level of customisation possible, it also allows you to select the finishes and storage that best meet your requirements.
Ideal conditions for maturing your wine.
Settable from 5 - 20°C , Pure allows your bottles to be stored at a controlled temperature.
Humidity is maintained at a level of around 60 - 70 % and your wines are protected from vibration, U.V. light and poor air quality, which could adversely affect the maturing process.

Our wooden front shelves are fixed, to store and organise the maximum amount of bottles, or sliding to facilitate access to individual bottles. An area at the front of the shelf is dedicated to identifying your wine bottles*

Exclusive to EuroCave: the Main du Sommelier support.
The “Main du Sommelier” (Sommelier's hand) has been developed by EuroCave to provide a unique and flexible bottle support for all bottle shapes and sizes, fastened to the shelf. It ensures that any vibrations do not affect your cherished wines.
Its design came about from working with sommeliers, so it seemed only natural to name it after them.

For each cabinet in the Pure collection, it is also possible to select the door finish, allowing you to install your cabinet in any area.

The safety of your wines comes first.
Access to the contents of your wine cabinet is secured by a dual action lock.
Alarms protect your wine in the event of the door being left open, sensor or temperature fault, humidity level abnormally low or high. The visual alarm tells you when it is time to replace your charcoal filter.

Manage your wine cabinet with the touch control panel (LCD screen).
For your peace of mind, we display the actual humidity and temperature inside your cabinet and not the setting.
Additional information.
Our "free-standing" cabinets can also be flush fitted but there are certain rules that need to be followed, notably in terms of air circulation and electrical installation. We recommend that you contact your store and our wine experts for further details.
